Privacy Policy (TruckerBudget)

TruckerBudget (“the App”) helps truck drivers track loads, income, expenses, and basic analytics.
Information We Collect
We do not collect, sell, rent, or share your personal information on our own servers.
Information You Provide
Any information you enter in the App (for example: loads, mileage, income, expenses, notes, and categories) is used only to provide the App’s features.
iCloud Sync (CloudKit)
If you enable iCloud Sync, the App syncs your App data using Apple iCloud / CloudKit. Your data is stored in your iCloud account and is associated with your Apple ID. Apple processes this data according to Apple’s privacy policies and your iCloud settings.
You can disable iCloud Sync at any time in the App or in your device settings, depending on how you manage iCloud.
Analytics, Advertising, and Tracking
We do not use advertising SDKs.
We do not track you across apps and websites.
We do not use third-party analytics that collect personal data. (If you do use any analytics/crash reporting, tell me and I’ll update this.)
Data Sharing
We do not share your data with third parties, except:
- Apple iCloud / CloudKit when you enable iCloud Sync, and
- when you choose to export/share content (for example, emailing a report), which is handled by services you control (e.g., Apple Mail) and subject to their privacy policies.
Data Retention and Deletion
Your data remains on your device and/or in your iCloud account as long as you keep it. You can delete your data by deleting entries in the App and/or by disabling iCloud Sync and managing iCloud storage in your Apple ID settings. Deleting the App removes locally stored data from your device; iCloud copies may remain until removed from iCloud, depending on your settings.
Children’s Privacy
The App is not intended for children under 4, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes to This Policy
If our privacy practices change, we will update this policy and revise the effective date.
